A specialized residential project for older adults, conceived as a warm, accessible space connected with nature. Its design integrates landscaped balconies, safe circulation routes, an ambulance bay, and lounge areas that foster comfort, autonomy, and companionship. The architecture combines concrete, wood, and vegetation to convey a contemporary, human, and welcoming image.

A Zona 30 urban intervention that prioritizes pedestrians through safe public spaces, green areas, urban furniture, and lingering zones. The proposal is articulated with mixed-use buildings that activate the street and consolidate a contemporary, walkable, and sustainable environment.

Development of an interior proposal and execution of custom kitchen furniture, integrating functionality, storage, and finish. A lighting proposal was also developed to reinforce the spatial experience and the contemporary reading of the space.

Leads the company's strategic vision, driving its growth, innovation, and positioning in the architecture, BIM, and project management sector. He defines the studio's direction, strengthens relationships with clients and strategic partners, oversees the development of new business opportunities, and ensures that every project reflects the standards of quality, design, and excellence that represent the company.

Diego Salardi Huamán

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Responsible for operational management and project execution. He coordinates the multidisciplinary teams, leads the planning, clash detection, and technical control through BIM methodologies, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery. He oversees resource management, coordination between disciplines, and the implementation of standards that optimize the comprehensive development of each project.

Technical Team

A multidisciplinary network of architects, BIM modelers, designers, construction technicians, furniture specialists, and external consultants who collaborate according to the specific requirements of each project.
